Berkshire Management Group goes Mobile Friendly

Berkshire Management Group has unveiled a new ePolk-designed Web feature which streamlines information for mobile devices. The responsive feature works to make house-hunting easier for potential renters. When the Web site is accessed from a smart phone, the display appears in a format that can be easily navigated and read. The Web site can detect the type of device accessing it and will respond with the appropriate display. Nothing is required of the user when accessing the site, RentwithBerkshire.com.

Property photos, floor plans and addresses compatible with the navigation systems in most mobile devices are available with the streamlined display. The user can also choose to view the complete site as it would appear on a PC. The traditional display has options that are not ideally used with a mobile device, such as contact forms and a secure payment screen for existing customers of the Lakeland-based real estate management group.

“A mobile-friendly site is becoming a necessity in today’s tech-savvy world,” said Ariel Villanea, Web developer at ePolk. “If your customers are mobile – you need to be right there with them.”
